Product Information
Description	CD^® Cas12a is expressed as a N-terminal 6×His-tagged fusion in E. coli. It is a programmable DNA endonuclease guided by a sgRNA. A gRNA complementary and a 5' TTTV protospacer adjacent motif (PAM) on the DNA strand opposite the target sequence are required for targeting to the target site. This enzyme is active from 16 to 48°C.
