Description	T7 Endonuclease I is a DNA endonuclease. It can catalyze the cleavage of DNA mismatches and non-β DNA structures. T7 Endonuclease I can recognize and cleave non-perfectly matched DNA, heteroduplex DNA, Holliday structures or junctions, and more slowly, nicked double-stranded DNA.
Applications	Function as a DNA endonuclease.
