Product Information
Description	CD^® Cas9 Nickase is expressed as a N-terminal 6×His-tagged fusion in E. coli. It is a variant of Cas9 nuclease. CD^® Cas9 Nickase has a point mutation (D10A) in the RuvC nuclease domain and is able to generate target-specific nicks with reduced off-target effects.
